3D Name Sign Ordering Process

Yay! You are ready to order your very own Tiny Timber & Co. 3D Name Sign! Let us walk you through the process.

  • First, you will pick the size of sign you would like. We offer 12", 18" & 24" 3D round name signs. You can have a sign with just the name or add a design to the sign, it is yours to create!
Not sure what size to pick?
12" is great for a gallery wall
18" is also a nice addition to a gallery wall or for corners of the room
(ex. above change table, reading corner, rocking chair, etc.)
24" is the perfect size to display over the crib as a statement piece

 

  • Next you have the option to create your sign using our sign customization tool. Click “CUSTOMIZE YOUR SIGN” & get started on the design process. You can pick the stain you would like, explore all the font options & select the colours of paint you would like. The options are endless!
The price of your sign will be automatically calculated during the design process. Each sign has a base price that includes the wood base + design (if applicable) & each letter on the sign will increase the price.
The base price varies depending on the size & design (if applicable), plus $3.00/letter for the 12” name signs, $4.00/letter for the 18” name signs & $5.00/letter for the 24” name signs.
  • Once you have designed your sign, added it to your shopping cart & check-out. Once we have received your order, we will work on a digital mock-up of your sign to confirm the fonts are to scale & are in the right position. There are limitations with the “CUSTOMIZE YOUR SIGN” tool. It is to help visualize the fonts/stain/colours, but doesn’t accurately show the size/position of what your sign will look like.

  • You will receive an email within 3-5 business days with your digital mock-up. You have the option to have your digital mock-up revised 3 times, any changes after that may be subject to a design fee.
    We ask that you confirm your digital mock-up within a timely matter, we will not start the production of your sign until it has been confirmed. If we have not heard back from you after 3 attempts, we will cancel your order & you will be refunded.

 

  • Once your digital mock-up has been confirmed, your sign will go into production. Our turnaround is 6-8 weeks to complete. If we happen to finish it ahead of schedule, we will ship it out.

 

  • You will receive an email that your sign is complete & has been shipped, along with a tracking number. Shipping times will vary based on your location (we only ship within Canada). We work with all the major shipping providers & will select the fastest shipping option.

 

  • Finally, your sign will be delivered to your door (or local Canada Post if you live rural). We always hope it arrives in perfect condition. However, once it has been shipped it is out of our control. The reality is it can have a bumpy ride to you, and these are very delicate signs. In a few rare cases, a letter may come loose or fall off. In that case, we always include a “touch-up kit” which includes wood glue & instructions for you to use to adhere the letter back on. If anything is damaged beyond repair, please contact us immediately.

  •  Now it’s time to hang your sign! Taped to the back of your sign is a sawtooth hanger with instructions to attach it to your sign. It’s up to you if you want to use the sawtooth hanger or a different method to hang your sign.

If hanging over a crib, it should NEVER be within the reach of your little one. Please take ALL precautions to make sure the method you use to hang is secure & at no risk to harming your child. We are not responsible for injury to your child or damage to your sign from installing your sign in an unsafe manner.

Alternative method for hanging your sign – we also recommend using 3M Command Picture Hanging Strips, they are secure way to hang your sign without damage to the wall & limit the risk of the sign getting bumped off the wall. (Your sign will get damaged if it falls off the wall).
