What are your 3D name signs made out of?
The bases are cut out of Birch plywood. The raised 3D letters are a high quality MDF painted to the colour of your choice
How much do the 3D name signs weigh?
The weight of the signs vary based on the amount of letters & if there is a theme added to the signs. On average the 12” weighs 1lb, 18” weighs 3-4 lbs, & 24” weighs 5-7lbs
Can I have 2 middle names on the sign?
Absolutely, your sign is yours to create! We can adjust the layout of the sign to accommodate two middle names.
How does the pricing work for the 3D name signs?
Each sign is priced according to base size, number of letters & design (if any). It will automatically calculate the price when you go to customize your sign based on how many letters are on the sign.
Can you do a custom add-on that isn't listed?
We sure can! Designs can be added to the 18" & 24" 3D name signs. All our top selling add-on's are permanent listings. But we can add almost any design to your sign. If you would like a custom design added, Contact Us first & we can chat details.
How long does it take to receive my sign?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a digital mock-up of your sign to confirm you are happy with your fonts & layout. Once the design has been confirmed, it will go into production. Production time is 6-8 weeks to complete your sign.
Once your sign has been shipped it will arrive in 1-9 business days depending on your location

All signs are shipped from Lethbridge, AB
What shipping courier do you use?
We use Canada Post (PO Boxes) Fedex, UPS, Purolator & Canpar. We always use the fastest method available at the time of shipping. If you have a PO Box, your order will be shipped with Canada Post.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! Free local pick-up is available in Lethbridge, AB. At check-out, select “Local Pick-up”. When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive details for pick-up
Will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an emailed update that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, we only ship within Canada. Due to the size/weight of the signs, shipping outside of Canada is extremely expensive.
Do you offer a “Rush my Order” option?
We do not offer 'Rush my Order' at this time
Can I order multiple signs together to save on shipping?
Yes! You can order multiple signs & they will be shipped together. The weight of each sign will be combined to determine the shipping price.
What is your return policy?
Since all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Please contact us immediately with any changes. However, once the digital mock-up has been confirmed your sign will go into production & we can’t make any changes at that point.
How do I hang my sign?
Taped to the back of your sign is a sawtooth hanger with instructions on how to hang your sign. However, it is up to you to decide if you wish to attach the sawtooth hanger or use a different method to hang your sign. If using the sawtooth hanger, be sure the sign is out of reach from your little one. If it is bumped it could fall, and hurt your child or damage the sign. Alternative method: the most secure method to hang your sign is to use Command 3M Picture hanging strips (not included with your sign), available at Walmart, Dollarama, Superstore, any home improvement store, or Amazon. This is a damage free method to hang the sign & can’t be bumped off the wall.
